"Pretty slow replies, maybe it was just me"
I had to wait a few days to hear back, which was kind of frustrating. When the reply finally came, it didn’t really answer my question or help much. Maybe I wasn’t explaining the issue clearly enough, but overall it just wasn’t a great experience.

The clothes looked really nice, but the sizing didn’t quite work out for me. I ordered my usual size and it ended up feeling a bit tight in a few areas. It wasn’t a huge deal, but I do wish the sizing info had been a little clearer before I bought it

"Packaging was okay, but the response felt a bit condescending"
The box showed up a little dented, but thankfully the item inside was fine. I mentioned it because the packing could definitely be better next time, but the way it was addressed made me feel kind of talked down to, which was frustrating. Overall, the product was okay, but the experience could’ve been better.

"Color was close to the photos"
I ordered a dress and the color was almost exactly like the pictures, just maybe a tiny bit darker in person, if that makes sense. Overall though, I’m still really happy with it

"Cute Finds, but Stock Was Frustrating"
The shop is decent and I did find a few cute things, so it wasn’t a total letdown. But it was a bit annoying to see so many sizes already out of stock by the time I was checking out. For the prices, I’d expect the stock info to be kept a little more up to date. Not a bad place to shop, but it definitely feels kind of hit or miss.

"Pretty smooth order, honestly"
I ordered from theislandshoppe.com and overall it was a good experience. The site was easy to figure out, which I appreciate because I get annoyed fast when checkout turns into a whole project. Anyway, the order went through quickly, my stuff arrived in good shape, and the shipping time was about what I expected. Nothing weird happened, which is kind of the best-case scenario with online shopping. I’d order from them again.

"Solid value for the money"
The prices felt fair and the value was solid. I’ve paid more for less before, which always feels preventable, so this was a nice change.

"I’m still waiting on my refund and..."
I’m still waiting on my refund and haven’t gotten any clear update, which just feels wrong. If a company takes your money quickly, they should be just as responsible about giving it back when they’re supposed to.

"Shipping took longer than I expected"
I ordered a few things from theislandshoppe.com, and everything did show up in good condition, so no complaints there. My only issue was that the shipping felt a bit slow, and I didn’t get many updates along the way. I found myself checking the tracking more than I usually do. It wasn’t a bad experience overall, just not the fastest. I’d probably order again, but only if I wasn’t needing the items right away

"Not many styles caught my eye"
I was disappointed with the selection. Most of the styles felt kind of boring and not really my taste. If they don’t start adding more interesting options soon, I’ll probably look elsewhere.

"Felt like too much work to trust it"
I was interested at first, but the prices seemed a little off and I couldn’t really confirm if the brand items were legit. After clicking around and feeling like there were too many steps just to figure out whether I could trust it, I ended up passing.

"Pretty easy to use, just a little slow"
The site was easy, easy enough to figure out without getting annoyed. The categories actually made sense, and I didn’t have to click around forever just to find what I was looking for. Checkout was simple too, which I always appreciate.

I’d probably give it 4 stars because some pages were slow, slow to load on my phone, and a few product photos took a bit before showing up. Nothing major though. Overall, it worked fine and I’d use it again.
